Companies should ensure that their policies affecting users’ freedom of expression and information are easy to find and easy to understand. We expect companies to make their terms of service policies (Indicator F1a), advertising content policies (Indicator F1b), ad targeting policies (Indicator F1c), and algorithmic use policies easy (Indicator F1d) easy to access, available in the primary languages spoken in the company’s home market, and presented in an understandable manner.
